Conveniently located just a short walk from a shopping mall 😊. the breakfast here is awesome, with plenty of vegetarian options available. the staff are really nice and willing to help out.

I love the quite environment of the hotel, not much view to see but still okay.

Should be more pay attention on facilities provided by hotel for pleasure or relax. The hotel concept is not clear enough for me (business? leisure? family?).

The hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, with nice staff, and it's in a magnificent location very close to attractions.

It is easy access from the Serpong/BSD main road and Jakarta - Merak highway. Located just beside a good Mall for easy shopping, having meal or just window shopping.

Limited car parking area in front of the hotel and no at the basement. The car should be parked at the side area of the hotel. At the guest arrival for check in, Front Office staff must confirm the guest who use private car and then to stamp the parking ticket. Very small swimming pool.

Conveniently located in a great spot with helpful staff. the area around here is pretty nice. the room is in top-notch condition, boasting a cool yellow lamp, amazing views, and a refreshing air conditioning unit. 🌟

Non smoking room hasn't served though I booked. I ddn't get clear answer from their front staff when checked in on 26th July on schedule.

Easy check-in, late check-out. Extremely spacious and brand-new room with the condition and nice air cond, for instance, very attentive staff.

We were impressed by the location of this place, as it is situated right in front of a popular mall. This made it convenient for us to explore different food options and leisure activities. We were pleased with the 24-hour room service and housekeeping, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. Additionally, the hotel had shops and commercial services on-site, making it easy for us to find everything we needed without leaving the premises.

We felt that the staff at the reception needed to upgrade their greeting style and maintain their friendliness throughout the service. Despite this, we would recommend this hotel to everyone as it offers a luxurious and comfortable experience with enhanced services.

1 time, receiption gave me morning call 5:00 pm nevertheless we never requested to them and this morning I confirmed it to receiption but no answer and not say any inconvenence. I was very surprise

The convenience of its location to the nearby Shopping Centre and to my my suppliers' factory.

1. The swimming pool is too small. 2) The morning sun up to 11 am is too hot for the room that the room air condition was not sufficent to keep the room cool. Need to always close the curtains. 3) The shower area should add a glass door so that the water do not splash onto the open area.4) Should add a hand held shower head in the shower area instead of just a fixed rain shower head.. 5) The dishonesty of the Blue Bird Taxi driver who charge me two times for toll when there was one from aston to Tangerang , Jatake. I fell asleep during the journey and he asked me for 5,000 rupiah for the second toll collection. The first one was 2,000 rupiah when I was awake.,

I had a good experience at Atria Hotel Gading. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was delicious. The hotel also had a nice pool area and gym facilities. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Value for money. Close to family clinic. Good for family. Close to shopping mal. Close to golf course. Close to shuttle terminal to go to Jakarta. Good and profesional staff.
